Working along with partner Sumathi Courtenay of Vividarch architects, YEC provided structural engineering services for the design of a high-end residential development situated on the Placencia Peninsula in southern Belize. Plans were developed for high-end villas and “tree houses”, swimming pools and other amenities.
YEC provided initial site investigations and soil studies, then went on to work closely with the project owners and architects to design building foundations and the main pier for this beautiful high-end private island development.
